McCain & Obama are no shows at crucial Senate Vote on Green Energy!

Thomas Friedman, American journalist, columnis...Image via Wikipedia Just as I predicted, both McCain (continuing his non-green record) and Obama were both no-shows at a crucial Senate vote to extend credits to make wind, solar and other green energies competitive with coal & oil. At least Obama has voted for it in the past, but this vote was critical! I'm extreemly disappointed. Without these credits, which end in December, our country is going backwards and investments in wind and solar are on hold indefinitely!

Please read the Eight Strikes and You're Out article by Thomas Friedman on the New York Times. He couldn't express what I'm feeling more accurately!

I also highly recommend Thomas Friedman's website for lots of great articles, books and more.
